Role Description

• SIAO Partners is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.


• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos.


• The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Company, including financial planning, financial statements, finance, analytical skills, and financial reporting.


• They will work closely with the Executive team and report directly to the Managing Partner.

Qualifications

• Financial planning, finance, and analytical skills


• Experience in producing and analyzing financial statements


• Experienced in financial reporting and presenting financial information to key stakeholders


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field with a track record of success in leading and managing a finance team


• Experience in the Professional Services industry is a plus


• Professional certification such as ICAN CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus
