They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Management Executive to join their team. The Account Management Executive will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, fostering growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the portfolio of business clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of ISP services and technologies.


RESPONSIBILITIES.



  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services to maximize revenue. Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans, set objectives, and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets.

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of ISP services, products, and technical capabilities to effectively communicate and address client needs and inquiries.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive client experience.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on account performance, trends, and opportunities. Analyze data to derive actionable insights for optimizing account management strategies.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to proactively identify opportunities and potential challenges.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.

  • Strong understanding of ISP services, networking technologies, and related products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
