Job Overview

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of specific corporate, product, and service brand management efforts, image building and reputation management programs.
- Within approved policy and authority limits, the Client Relations Manager projects the interest of the group and assigned entities on projects and events planned and executed with the involvement of internal and external solutions partners including Corporate Communications, the media, and the press.
Responsibilities
Client Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and expectations.
- Provide timely updates on project progress and ensure clients are informed at every stage.
- Proposal writing
Client Retention and Growth:
- Work towards building long-term relationships with clients, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Suggest innovative and strategic ideas to enhance clients' marketing efforts.
Project Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams, including creative, media, and production departments, to ensure client projects are executed seamlessly.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied with the deliverables.
Issue Resolution:
- Address client concerns and challenges promptly, seeking resolutions in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during project execution.
Requirements
- A First Degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration, or its equivalent.
- 3-7 years operational experience (Corporate/ External Affairs, Media and/or Advertising) within a reputable and structured business environment, preferably a multinational corporation within the sustainability industry
