About the role:

The Treasury analyst/Tax accountant will work on the analysis of all accounts, which includes the proper reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts. You will also be responsible for organizing and filing the Company’s taxes correctly.

Duties

• Reconcile supplier's accounts/balances


• Cross-check all invoices posted by the accounts department


• Post bank transactions (Naira & domiciliary) & prepare monthly Bank & cash reconciliation


• Prepare monthly Fixed costs report and accounts analysis


• Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals


• Complete quarterly and annual tax reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or any other related field


• 5-7 years of working experience as a Treasury Analyst/Tax Accountant


• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures


• Familiarity with the Odoo and Sage software


• Good knowledge of the tax laws of Nigeria and ability to relate with tax officers


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
