Job Summary



  • The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of daily activities, recruit , develop sustainable structural and financial growth boosting sales and forging concrete relationships with clients.


Job Responsibilities



  • Develop a growth strategy aimed at both financial gains and customer satisfaction.

  • Identifying and mapping out business strengths and weaknesses

  • Collect data on consumers, competitors & marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports & presentations.

  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies, market offerings, identifying market trends, pricing/ business models, sales, and methods of preparation.

  • Reporting on success and areas that require improvement.

  • Establishing & Managing channel sales distributors, brand visibility and merchandising.


Job Specification



  • Minimum of B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field

  • 3-5 years working experience as a Business development manager, Sales executive or Operations

  • Proven working experience (minimum of 2 years) as a business manager, sales executive in the fashion industry

  • Proven sales track record

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to consistently hit targets and beat deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to turn customers insights into brand actions

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

  • Must have a vast knowledge in fashion and the market at large.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
