Job Description

• Responsible for implementing last mile equipment installation


• Act as links verifier for all installed links by links installer.


• Assist in the resolution of faults escalated from service management


• Ensure accurate site surveys are conducted before any installation.


• Eliminate repeat calls on all worked-on installations.


• Ensure client's fault calls are attended to within the SLA time frame


• Ensures the functionality of all installed links at the client’s site before hand-over.


• Responsible for Generator, Inverter/rectifier setup.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in engineering field. CCNA qualification is an added advantage.


• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.


• Excellent disposition and interpersonal relations


• Ability to work under pressure.


• Good networking and troubleshooting skill.


• Must have basic routing skills and be proficient in RF equipment
