Job Summary

Responsibilities



  • Ensure a high degree of customer activity

  • Build strong product expertise and provide training & ongoing support to merchants as required

  • Provide feedback and advocacy on customer pain points to internal teams

  • Manage client portfolios.

  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.

  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers.

  • Handle the merchant onboarding processes.

  • Mediate between clients and the organization.

  • Manage to handle and resolving of customer requests and complaints.

  • Minimize customer churn.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Customer Success Analyst or other similar roles

  • Experience working in a fintech/tech company

  • Great multitasking, organization, and presentation skills.
