Position Overview

• We are seeking Online Instructors who are experts in various fields, including technical/vocational courses such as Data Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, Mobile App Development, Artificial Intelligence, Graphic Design, fishery, Home automation, Blockchain, Project Management, Data Analytics, Product Management, and more.


• However, we also value instructors who are open to teaching non-technical courses outside their domain, such as Personal Finance, Health and Wellness, Creative Writing, Photography, and Foreign Language Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and comprehensive course materials for online delivery.


• Facilitate online classes, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning environment.


• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve course content.


• Adapt to various teaching styles to cater to diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.


• Strong experience in e-learning and online course delivery.


• Expertise in at least one of the listed areas, whether technical or non-technical.


• Willingness to diversify and teach courses outside your expertise.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Passion for helping learners succeed in their educational journey.

Micro-Teaching Tutorial and Lecture Material:

• As part of the application process, we request that each applicant provide a 15-minute micro-teaching tutorial related to the course they intend to instruct.


• Additionally, please attach your lecture materials (syllabus, slides, assignments, etc.) for the same course. This will be used to assess your teaching style and methodology.
