The Facility Executive will be responsible for ensuring our facilities' effective operation and maintenance, including managing the daily facility activities, overseeing facility staff, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and managing cost-effectively. The role requires highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting a safe and productive work environment as that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.



Responsibilities:



  • Overseeing the daily facility operations across the relevant office buildings/facilities.

  • Ensure all facilities are well and adequately maintained, cleaned and complies with safety regulations.

  • Management of facility maintenance, repairs and projects and coordination with external vendors/technicians.

  • Supervise and lead a team of facility staff, including maintenance personnel security personnel and cleaning staff

  • Provision of training and guidance to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.

  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment.

  • Conduct regular and safety inspections and audits the facilities to identify and address potential hazards.

  • Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring it is both cost-efficient and effective.

  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement

  • Analyzing facility spending and ability to interpret and present the data.

  • Filing and organizing facility records and ensuring proper documentation.

  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential facility disruptions and hazards.

  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with emergency regulations.


Educational Qualification & Experience 



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Facility management or related field.

  • 2 - 3 years of previous Facility experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.

  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Excellent coordination skills, proactivity, creativity and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practice

  • Good budget management skills.
