Qualifications
B.Sc / HND / B.Tech in Food or related filed
Proven experience in operations management within the food, water, or beverages industry with minimum of 5 years working experience in the same capacity.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
