  • We are currently recruiting for a Head Cook for a Commercial Kitchen/Restaurant located at Ikoyi, Lagos.

  • The Head Cook will oversee the daily process of running the kitchen and managing food preparation for events and outdoor catering.

  • He/She will direct kitchen staff and handle all food-related issues, including checking up on food supplies, planning menus, and creating new recipes.


Requirements



  • SSCE or OND qualification.

  • 5 – 10 years’ cooking experience in a Fast-food restaurant, Hotel and related experience.

  • Experience working as a Head Cook in Fast Food restaurant or food business.

  • Knowledge of how to prepare both local and continental dishes.

  • Must be able to read and write in English.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and process management skills

  • Catering certificate or qualification is an advantage

  • Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred.

  • Candidates must live close to job location: Ikoyi.
