Job Description

• To ensure that all fraud and operational loss exposures due to Interswitch and/or its participating entities are remediated as a follow up to efficient and effective funds recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operational and fraud loss remediation.


• Maintain and update an inventory of recoveries for planning and strengthening existing control measures within the Company.


• Engagement with financial Partners on recovery and remediation of operational losses.


• Follow up with internal teams to ensure settlement of recovered funds.


• Adhere to the process for recovery of lost resources with internal and external stakeholders.


• Provide input on post mortem analysis and recommendation to Line Management for improving internal control.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any related field/discipline.


• 0 - 1 year relevance experience.
