RBSN is seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Advisor to join our team. As a Career Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our students in their career development and job search efforts. You will provide career counseling, job search strategy assistance, and professional development guidance to help our students excel in their chosen fields.

• HR-Specific Career Counseling: Offer individual career counseling sessions tailored to HR career development, assisting students and alumni in identifying HR career paths and creating tailored job search strategies.


• Resume and Cover Letter Review: Provide expertise in HR resume and cover letter review to help individuals present their qualifications effectively to potential employers.


• HR Job Market Insights: Stay updated on HR job market trends and industry-specific information, sharing insights and resources with students and alumni.


• Interview Coaching: Conduct interview coaching sessions with a focus on HR job interviews, including HR-specific interview questions and role-play exercises.


• Networking and Industry Engagement: Facilitate networking events and workshops specific to HR, inviting HR professionals and experts to share insights and experiences.


• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and maintain data on career outcomes for students pursuing HR careers, including job placements, salary levels, and job retention.
