  • We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist with experience working in BPO or related industry.

  • You will be working with the team to support existing as well as prospective clients.


Responsibilities include;



  • Work closely with our Sales teams to shape the solution for prospective clients.

  • Support existing clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Manage talent performance and communication with the client.

  • Ensures the team is aware of changes to client products & services.

  • Develop existing clients engagement.


Requirements



  • Background in Accounting, Finance or IT

  • Prior sales experience is a plus or comfortable making sales pitches to clients.
