Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business and Project Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project coordination, business development, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.
- This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilizing Agile methodologies for project management, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Project Planning:
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Work closely with project managers to create detailed project schedules.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and facilitate project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Serve as a point of contact between different project stakeholders.
Agile Methodology:
- Apply Agile principles to project management, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
Business Development:
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and relationship management.
- Contribute insights for potential project opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business analysis, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Organize and conduct regular project status meetings.
Documentation:
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, implementation plan, roadmaps, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure project-related documents are organized and accessible.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in quality assurance activities, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Participate in testing and validation processes.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess risks associated with project execution.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT business and project coordination roles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
- Certificate in Agile or PMP is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business development processes and activities.
