Job Summary:



  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business and Project Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project coordination, business development, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.

  • This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilizing Agile methodologies for project management, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.


Responsibilities


Project Planning:



  • Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Work closely with project managers to create detailed project schedules.


Project Coordination:



  • Coordinate and facilitate project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

  • Serve as a point of contact between different project stakeholders.


Agile Methodology:



  • Apply Agile principles to project management, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

  • Collaborate with Agile teams to enhance project efficiency and delivery.


Business Development:



  • Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and relationship management.

  • Contribute insights for potential project opportunities.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business analysis, to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.


Stakeholder Communication:



  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

  • Organize and conduct regular project status meetings.


Documentation:



  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, implementation plan, roadmaps, and meeting minutes.

  • Ensure project-related documents are organized and accessible.


Quality Assurance:



  • Assist in quality assurance activities, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.

  • Participate in testing and validation processes.


Risk Management:



  • Identify and assess risks associated with project execution.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualification 



  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT business and project coordination roles.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.

  • Certificate in Agile or PMP is a plus

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of business development processes and activities.

  •

  • Excellent planning and management skills, demonstrating mature confidence and integrity.

  • Good verbal and writing communication skills.
