  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager for our client in the Paints and Coatings sector.

  • As the Regional Manager (North Central & North East), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving growth in the assigned region.

  • You will work closely with the executive management team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and maximize revenue.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets

  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives in the region

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and forecasts

  • Oversee the implementation of sales policies and procedures

  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partners


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and business development roles

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity

  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
