We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager for our client in the Paints and Coatings sector.
As the Regional Manager (North Central & North East), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving growth in the assigned region.
You will work closely with the executive management team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives in the region
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
Oversee the implementation of sales policies and procedures
Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and business development roles
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and management skills
