Job Description
The Key Account Officer will be responsible for managing our key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with customers and maximising sales opportunities with the existing and potential clients. You will also be responsible for expanding company’s market share and visibility in the sector and contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Key Account Officer Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plan, to include deliverables, tasks and schedules.
- Manage project teams to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, to cost and within agreed quality standards.
- Managing multiple projects across different regions from start to execution.
- Coordinating with internal staff and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, within quality criteria and acceptable risk profile.
- Defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility and return on investment.
- Monitoring, tracking progress and preparing project reports.
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed;
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships and third parties/vendors;
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation;
- Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;
- Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members;
- Using and continually developing leadership skills;
- Developing working documents and process maps to document needs;
- Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures;
- Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required;
- Applying change control and configuration process through highlight reports and end-stage assessments.
- Preparing and delivering regular project reports to the management and project stakeholders.
Key Account Officer Job Requirements
- At least 2-year experience as a Key Account/Customer Service Officer
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and other accounting software.
- Familiar with ERP applications such as Odoo
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to details
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
