Role Description



  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Lagos.

  • The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the customer service team and ensuring that customer inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • The Customer Service Supervisor is also responsible for identifying trends in customer complaints and working to resolve those issues.


Qualifications



  • Supervisory Skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team

  • Customer Satisfaction skills, with an emphasis on ensuring high levels of customer retention and minimizing customer complaints

  • Customer Support skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Customer Service Management skills, with an emphasis on driving customer experience improvements and establishing service standards

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field

  • Experience in the wellness, beauty, or personal grooming industry is a plus
