Responsibilities



  • Identify and negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that can contribute to the company's growth.

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Assemble projects and assign responsibilities.

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Identify opportunities and threats and assess strengths and weaknesses.

  • Active involvement in building partnerships in line with company’s target.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish clear and measurable strategic goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve set organizational objectives.

  • Lead pitching of company’s services to potential clients/partners.

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward strategic goals.

  • Negotiate and execute deals that create value for the organization.

  • Identify and coordinate events and activities to promote company visibility.

  • Develop strategies to leverage network for business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a professional network.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

  • Train team members, arranging external training where appropriate.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.

  • University degree.

  • High level proficiency in communication and negotiation skills.

  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Strong ability to work independently and with a team.

  • Must reside within Ikeja and environs.
