The position of Executive Assistant requires involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publication and presentations.
Take meeting minutes, write reports, bookkeeping and perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing and filing.
Receive and distribute mail and correspondence.
Organise and maintain diary and make appointments.
Answer telephone and handle calls in appropriate manner.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agenda and minutes.
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors / CEOs office.
Travel with the CEO as need arises
Maintain adequate filing system.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND, B.A, or B.Sc Degree with at least least 3 years experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point presentations and telephone protocol.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills
