  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team at Dragnet Solutions Limited, a leading provider of talent management services.

  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in achieving their individual and team goals.

  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goal

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and increase revenue

  • Identify and qualify new leads

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

  • Conduct sales presentations and close deals

  • Provide training and coaching to sales team members

  • Track and analyze sales performance data

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer issues

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity


Academic Qualifications Required



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Reporting Channel:



  • Reports directly to the Director of Sales


Experience Required:



  • 5+ years of experience in sales management


Skills Required:



  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
