Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer and Computer Operator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold-calling prospective customers, promoting their products/services on WhatsApp stories and monthly email sales letters, and generating sales leads.
This role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting their offerings.
Responsibilities
Cold call prospects and contact existing customers to initiate sales
Provide feedback that can be useful to optimize the sales process.
Update the contact database/mailing list by collating leads from all marketing channels
Document and Track customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products daily
Print course materials for learners and tutors in advance of each training session.
KeyRequirements
Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc. in Communications or Business Administration.
At least 1 year of cognate experience
Excellent in spoken and written English
Teachable and curious
Problem solver, organized and self-starting
Excellent listening and people management skills
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Experience using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom & Google Meeting
Work with the Office Assistant and Administrator to plan and host physical and virtual training in and out of Lagos
Preferred Location of Applicants: Ikeja and its environs
