Purpose of the Job

• Experienced Project Manager overseeing planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure timely, within scope, and budget delivery. Requires IT project management experience, strong communication skills, and multitasking ability.

Deliverables:

• Project Delivery Time: Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery; Track and report progress.


• Customer Satisfaction: Meet customer needs, gather feedback.


• Project Delivery Quality: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.


• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement project management process improvements.


• Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of project status and changes.

Demonstrate (Key Competencies)

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

• University Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (2.1).


• Post Graduate Degree (MBA, M.Sc.) an added advantage.


• Certifications in Agile practices (Scrum, etc.).


• Professional project management certification (PRINCE2/PMP) advantageous.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years in project management, proven success in project delivery.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Zoho Project, Trello).


• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.


• Formal experience in managing projects within a fast-paced IT environment.
