Job Description (Brief)

• Leading Quality Assurance and Control in IPNX's Infrastructure Division.


• Responsible for Outside Plant Quality Checks, Direct Field Quality Checks, and snags reporting. Ensures high customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development.

Deliverables

• Conduct spot checks on all Project Deployment and Operations Activities, including snag lists and clearing.


• Escalate standards issues to QA/QC Analyst.


• Provide field interpretations of ipNX standards during project initiation.


• Provide weekly quality status reporting on ongoing projects.


• Update As Maintained Records for the Division.


• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers during audit and quality activities.

Demonstrate (Key Competencies)

• Educational Qualifications: B.Eng in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.


• Professional Certifications: CFOT (added advantage).


• Technical: Knowledge of Fiber Turnkey Deployments, Civil Works, and Materials standards.


• Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Visio, GIS knowledge (added advantage).


• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work Experience:

• 3 years in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works standards and specifications.


• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project.


• Conversant with CAD and GIS.
