Supervise the daily activities of the team on site.
Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources including sub-contractors and their staff
Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with Facilities Manager to ensure the accuracy of quotations and estimates for additional Cleaning or Security works.
Respond promptly and efficiently to all reactive issues
Ensure the cleaning service provides the highest standards of delivery demonstrating excellent service at all times.
Report to Soft Services Manager on work progress and issues daily.
Compile daily inspection checklist to monitor the standard of work and completion of the schedule.
Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are handled accurately and on time, therefore, ensuring we deliver a high standard of work to the client
Explore means of generating revenue for the project
Perform other tasks as directed by the Soft Services Manager
Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND degree in Hospitality, Health Education, or any related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor in a structured environment
Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence.
Good level of interpersonal and communication skills. Able to express ideas at all levels.
Customer focused
Flexibility to work outside normal hours to achieve objectives, if required.
Collaborative style. Fosters and develops beneficial partnerships.
