Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of dishes and pastries with precision and creativity.
Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food items
Execute the preparation and production of a diverse range of high-quality pastries, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes
Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation for all pastries, conducting regular inspections to ensure products meet our exacting
Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer orders, both standard and custom, in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination in the production process, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and manage kitchen inventory
Uphold sanitation and safety
Must be able to bake all kinds of pastries.
Requirements
Culinary Degree or equivalent certification
5 - 7 years relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a baker in food court, restaurant, hotel or similar setting
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer orders, both standard and custom, in a timely and efficient manner
