• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes and pastries with precision and creativity.


• Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food items


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to main smooth and efficient workflow.


• Monitor and manage kitchen inventory


• Uphold sanitation and safety


• Must be able to prepare local, continental and intercontinental dishes.

Requirements

• Culinary Degree or equivalent certification


• Proven experience as a Chef in food court, restaurant, hotel or similar setting


• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices


• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills


• Must be able to prepare local, continental and intercontinental dishes.
