Job Description

• Continuously observe multiple CCTV screens to detect and assess any suspicious or fraudulent activities within the supermarket premises.


• Promptly report any unusual or criminal activities designated authorities and provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the events.


• Ensure all relevant incidents are recorded and saved for future reference or investigation.


• Keep the surveillance equipment and cameras clean, functional, and well-maintained. Report any technical issues promptly.


• Strictly follow all supermarket policies and procedures related to surveillance and the use of CCTV systems.


• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive video footage and ensure it is only accessed by authorized personnel.


• Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills to detect suspicious activities.


• Ability to make rapid decisions in high-pressure situations.


• Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documenting incidents.


• Basic technical knowledge


• Skills to troubleshoot minor technical issues.


• High ethical standards and integrity when handling sensitive video footage.
