Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process daily sales, reconcile sales systems to general ledger and prepare daily journal entries


• Reconcile bank accounts, verify deposits/expenses, and addresses inquiries from banks and department managers


• Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts


• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly balance sheets, cash flow statements, and P&L statements


• Maintain the general ledger for accuracy


• Assist Director of Finance and Department managers with annual budget preparation and projections


• Performs general accounting functions and other related duties for the organization


• Maintain knowledge of GAAP and Ski industry trends


• Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required


• 3+ years experience in accounting/finance


• High level of proficiency with Excel and Microsoft office suite


• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Business Central is a plus


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to prioritize with a strong attention to detail


• Proven ability to meet deadlines


• Strong background with IT systems or ability to quickly learn new programs


• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
