- We are looking for a Head of Finance who will manage our growing Finance Team work alongside our CEO, and report to the CEO. In this role, you collaborate with the leadership team and work across all departments.
- You will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the systems, processes, and people necessary to underpin the business finances, reporting, stakeholder management, and delivery to the forecast revenue, expense budgets, and timely reporting, and will also be an integral contributor to the Board and the Leadership Team, as well as the strategic development of the business.
- This is a hands-on role to assist in scaling up the business.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), SaaS metrics, and other objectives
- Own the Accounting Function including invoicing, expenses, tax, treasury, and management accounts in multi-currency for the company across the different operational offices and locations.
- Act as the principal custodian and oversight of cash forecasting; supervision of daily transactional activities
- Maintain banking relationships
- Development and execution of the Company treasury strategy
- Own board, investor relations, and regulatory reporting
- Oversee both internal and external audits
- Manage equity, debt, and revenue financing processes
- Run a bespoke cost, ROI, and budget analysis of products/services, and departments and participate in pricing discussions
- Managing a growing team with the best standards, OKRs, 1-1s, training, and coaching
- Any other duties as assigned by your line manager and management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, and/or ACA, ACCA certification is required
- 7+ years of a strong track record as a Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance at a SaaS B2B scale-up or in any of the Investment Banking/ Big 4/ Boutique M&A Advisory firms/ Private Equity firm
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel (financial modeling and valuations)
- Excellent knowledge and experience in accounting, controls, tax and compliance.
- Expertise in negotiating legal & and contractual agreements for suppliers, partners, and clients
- Attention to detail and hands-on in your approach to leadership
- Fast learner, tech-savvy and process-oriented

- Good at multi-tasking and working under pressure,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills,
- An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization,

- A self-starter, who can work by themselves, but also be part of a wider team,
- Flexibility with workdays and some travel can be expected.
