• The facility Manager is responsible for the effective functioning of the estate/company, provides an efficient and safe working environment for occupants and their activities by ensuring the adoption of best business practices to manage resources, services and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years FM experience, 3-5 years FM experience, 5+ years experience accordingly


• Residential and Corporate experience needed


• Should have an Engineering Background

SKILLS

• Financial planning and negotiating skills with ability to develop and manage a project.


• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to relate to clients and external third parties
