REQUIREMENTS

• Install and provide training for 3D printing software and hardware, ensuring full functionality according to OEM specifications.


• Operate FDM, SLA and SLS 3D Printers.


• Train customers on how to operate 3d Printers


• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair 3d printers, ensuring customer satisfaction.


• perform preventive maintenance procedures within scheduled timeframes at customer sites.


• Design with CAD softwares including Solidwork, On- shape or Fusion 360.


• Complete and submit accurate service documentation.


• Participate in projects such as training, documentation, webinars, blogs, open houses, and exhibitions.

QUALIFICATION

• Certified Technician or Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology.

EXPERIENCE

• 5 years working experience in the AM field.


• Advance skills in FDM, SLA and SLS 3 Printers


• 2-3 years of experience servicing industrial 3D printers
