Job Description
In this position, you will collaborate with functional heads within the Plant to enhance workforce planning, track and monitor manning levels, and keep attrition rates at a minimum. You will also be responsible for implementing career and performance management practices, providing guidance to the Plant's management on HR issues, and performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Professional qualification in HR Management, such as Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), is an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HR work experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of HR management processes, including organization development, manpower planning, and recruitment
- Strong understanding of employee and industrial relations, as well as labor and employment legislations in Nigeria
- Leadership and relationship management skills
- Presentation and communication skills
- Organization and project management skills
- Business writing skills
