Brief Description

Undertaking various transporting duties with the primary responsibility of transporting staff from one location to another in a secure and timely manner, carrying out vehicle maintenance checks, and performing general duties professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transporting employees from one location to another.


• Conducting regular vehicle maintenance checks.


• Delivering documents to clients promptly.


• Collecting office purchases or handling other administrative needs.


• Ensuring clean and comfortable car seats for all riders.


• Utilizing navigation apps for optimal routes and pre-planning driving routes for efficiency.


• Interacting with staff and clients professionally.


• Booking car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness.


• Occasional work during nights and weekends.


• Conducting annual vehicle examinations and renewing vehicle licenses.


• Assessing and scheduling vehicle maintenance needs, especially tire condition.


• Ensuring vehicles are fueled and always ready for use.


• Complying with safety policies and procedures, reporting incidents.


• Performing any other reasonable duties within the scope of the job function.


• Adhering to the company's dress code and dressing professionally.


• Performing routine checks on vehicles to ensure their soundness.


• Ensuring the timely conveyance of staff and materials as instructed by superiors.


• Performing periodic maintenance on vehicles like changing batteries and motor oil as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver's License


• Minimum of three years of driving experience with a clean driving record.


• A strong understanding of and adherence to traffic laws and regulations.


• Prioritize safety protocols and always exhibit safe driving practices.


•  Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform routine checks (e.g., oil, tire pressure, fluid levels)


• Effective communication skills to interact with passengers, clients, and team members if needed.


• Good knowledge of local routes, roads, and areas to ensure efficient navigation.


• Ability to adapt to various driving conditions and weather changes.


• Dependable and punctual in meeting assigned schedules or timelines.


• Courteous and professional demeanor when dealing with passengers or clients.


• Capacity to handle unexpected situations and emergencies calmly and efficiently.


• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks associated with driving, such as lifting, bending, and long periods of sitting.


• Willingness to undergo a background check or provide references to validate driving experience and history.
