• Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences?


• We're looking for enthusiastic ushers to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time at our entertainment venue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.


• Guide patrons to their seats and provide information about the venue.


• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized seating area.


• Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe environment.


• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.


• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.


• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.

Part-time: Flexible hours based on event schedules.

Remuneration:

A daily rate of 5k - 10k (Daily pay with opportunities for additional event-based bonuses)

• 5 - 8 hours pay: 5k


• 8 -12 hours pay: 8k


• 12 hours upwards, will attract 2k for any additional hour worked
