Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and specials if necessary.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

  • Manage inventory and control food costs.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.

  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Creativity and innovation in menu planning and execution.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Minimum of SSCE certificate.


Remuneration: 



  • Full-time  - 80k–120k (depending on experience and dish)

  • Part-time - 50k (depending on the number of days)

  • Daily rate -10k - 20k (Depending on meal prep/type).
