Our client is a conglomerate having a Pan-Nigeria presence and business interests in some other most dynamic sectors in the economy. The Group is a dominant player in the transportation, power products and IT-enabled service sectors which are critical to the sustained growth of the Nigerian Economy. Due to expansion, they are in need of a B2B Sales Manager.


As a B2B Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, keeping abreast of market trends and creating reports for senior management.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Generating Leads for Power Solutions

  • Develop comprehensive sales plans to target specific industries.

  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to refine sales strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing B2B clients.

  • Lead the identification of new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company’s presence.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations on company power solutions tailored to the needs of potential clients.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any science, social science field.

  • Must have experience in the power industry or similar

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.

  • Sales experience in IT sales/AVR UPS Sales would be an added advantage.

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.

  • Great networking skills

  • Technical Know-How

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of sales and MS Office Suite.

  • Female preferably (for gender balance).
