Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Training Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of training initiatives, ensuring high-quality content and delivery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training materials.
- Oversee the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, venues, and participant communication.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training programs into broader organizational strategies.
- Engage with partners and clients to understand their training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes for training content and delivery.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Resource Management:
- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in a training or educational context.
