Job Summary



  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Respond to emails and inquiries on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Draft and proofread correspondence and other written materials.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.

  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

  • Manage and organize information, documents, and files in a systematic manner.

  • Keep abreast of industry news, trends, and updates relevant to the Forex market.

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

  • Summarize and present findings to the executive for decision-making.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to trading activities and client performance.

  • Create reports and presentations based on analytical insights.

  • Support the executive in coordinating and managing special projects and initiatives.

  • Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.

  • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Assist in ensuring that the firm complies with all regulatory requirements.

  • Keep track of updates in regulatory policies and procedures.

  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.

  • Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and manage financial documentation.

  • Coordinate and support in organizing events, seminars, and conferences.

  • Ensure all logistics are in place for successful events.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Implement and enforce privacy policies.

  • Assist in managing and troubleshooting technology tools and platforms used by the executive.

  • Stay informed about new technologies that may enhance productivity.

  • Address issues and challenges that may arise in the executive's absence.

  • Propose solutions and take initiative to resolve problems.

Requirements



  • A good bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 relevant work experience.

  • Strong written and oral communications skills

  • Proficient in the use of Information and Communications Technology tools and e-resources
