Requirement:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in accounting/economics/Banking and Finance or a related discipline.


• 2/3 Work experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance.


• Strong understanding of internal audit principles, methodologies, and best practices.


• Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate complex processes, systems, and data.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to report findings and recommendations to management.


• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in audits and compliance assessments.


• Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.


• High ethical standards and integrity.


• Technology Proficiency.


• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
