Job Description

• As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.


• We are seeking a skilled and creative professional who can lead our culinary team, elevate our menu offerings, and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative menus that align with the hotel's brand and appeal to our diverse clientele.


• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.


• Lead and inspire the culinary team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.


• Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to meet financial targets.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.


• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, promotions, and catering services.


• Stay abreast of culinary trends, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.


• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.


• Strong knowledge of various cuisines, culinary techniques, and food presentation.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.


• Creative and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
