Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel grounds and equipment to ensure adherence to all safety standards


• Develop routine and preventative maintenance strategies


• Respond to staff and/or customer complaints and dispatch necessary personnel


• Organize repair and renovation projects, create a budget, and oversee each project  


• Act swiftly to resolve emergencies


• Identify ways to conserve energy and reduce operating costs


• Supervise technician and janitor staff, write schedules, and offer feedback


• Develop and nurture relationships with service providers, contractors, and distributors  Maintain budget, expenses, and activity logs
