About the Role



  • Remedial Health (YC W22) is seeking a full-time Human Resource Executive in Fagge A who will be responsible for executing human resource programs, policies, and practices to ensure they meet the company's business objectives and employee needs.

  • The Human Resource Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.


Job Description



  • Taking part in the recruitment and selection processes of the new employees as well as the execution of employees’ performance review and appraisal process

  • Assisting in shortlisting of candidates for every recruitment process

  • Preparing offer letters and employment contracts upon completion of the recruitment and selection process

  • Assisting the Head, People and Admin with the day to day operations of HR functions and duties

  • Monitoring and ensuring that all employees are complying with the policies of the company

  • Taking part in the exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation

  • Maintaining a pool of all CV’s for all candidates and potential positions

  • Ensure smooth communication with all staff and timely & friendly resolutions to all queries

  • Preparing budgets for training/induction programs

  • Maintaining the employees’ database

  • Contributing strategically to the Human Resource department


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Must possess at least 3 years HR experience (consulting experience is a big plus)

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices

  • Experience in all HR functions

  • CIPM certification is an added advantage

  • Experience in supply chain is an added advantage

  • Experience with HR technology tools such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS is a plus


Person Specification



  • Strong communication, analytical and MS Office skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical manner

  • Experience with coaching and development of employees is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
