Job Description



JOB DUTIES:



  • Oversee and maintain efficient office operations.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.

  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.

  • Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external correspondences.

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.

  • Arrange travel plans and accommodations for company staff, functionaries as needed.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.

  • Support the HR in organizing employee training programs and events.

  • Monitor attendance device and generate reports for salary purpose

  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and  procedures

  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings and seminars.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 2 years of  experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably within the publishing industry.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Capability to coordinate schedules and meetings efficiently.

  • Ability to learn quickly, take instructions, adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in resolving challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.

  • Keen attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping.

  •  Must Reside in Ibadan


SALARY:



  • 80,000-100,000
