Job Description

• Establishing and maintaining Pharmacovigilance System (Good Pharmacovigilance Practice) (GPP).


• Conducting in-depth interviews with patient.


• Writing and reviewing serious adverse effects reports and forms for Pharmacovigilance Department as defined by Regulatory Authorities.


• Conducting safety update report on drugs and other treatments.


• Conducting safety audit


• Providing health authorities with information relevant to drug safety.


• Writing or preparing Standard Operating Procedure for Pharmacovigilance Department.


• Signally early warning signs of adverse effects of drug to company.


• Liaising closely with company Sales or Medical Representatives, Quality Manager and Regulatory Authorities for risk minimization.


• Maintaining of files and records (forms) of adverse drugs and other treatment.


• Any other duties assign to you from the Management.
