Responsibilities and accountabilities:



  • As a School Administrator, you should be able to communicate with a wide range of people, handle budgets and coordination, and keep all educational projects on track.

  • You must also be capable of and committed to acquiring higher training while leading your department.

  • To be a great school administrator, you must be detail-oriented while keeping an eye on the big picture. Excellent candidates can handle various responsibilities while remaining calm under pressure.

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the school plan and coordinates.

  • Handle planning, record-keeping and announcing.

  • Guarantee the school consents to important laws and guidelines

  • Create and run creative and instructive projects in sync with the school’s vision and mission. 

  • Recruit, prepare and exhort staff.

  • Counsel and understudies when required.

  • Complete job functions on computers using online Word documents, spreadsheets, and other automated tools.

  • Creating and submitting proposals, financial reports, and other papers in draft form

  • Resolve clashes and different issues.

  • Speak with parents, administrative bodies and the general population.

  • Take part in the making of the school educational plans out activities that work on the school and the nature of instruction (for example building redesigns, new rules for understudies, and new subjects)

  • Understanding and reviewing the way the school and all its department’s function.

  • Attending meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team building sessions.

  • Considering each teacher’s workload and extracurricular activities when developing class schedules.

  • Help shape and maintain the vision of the school

  • Represents the Director to interpret the vision. 

  • Conducting research on professional and ongoing learning workshops and sharing these opportunities with teachers and other staff.


Minimum requirements:


Education



  • Degree in Education or comparative field


Experience



  • Demonstrated insight as a School Administrator, Minimum 2 years related experience


Knowledge



  • Practical insight and dynamic inclination.


Competencies



  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Must have the capacity to handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent leadership.

  • Organizational.

  • Management.

  • communication skills.

  • Must be Flexible
