We are looking to hire a bartender/mixologist who will oversees the outlet's bar operations and other bartenders' work to ensure that they provide positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate ensures the smooth running of the bar and should also be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons.
The candidate would serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails.
Responsibilities
Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
Analyse the alcoholic beverage business.
Prepare and serve cocktails and mocktails.
Prepare molecular mixology beverages.
Understand and analyse spirits.
Understand and master cocktail components.
Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibly use resources and help control expenses
Help set an example for other team members of commitment, work ethic and habits and personal character
Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
Manage cost and quality controls.
Manage crisis situations.
Manage customer service.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND in relevant fields.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a bartender/mixologist
