Summary

• The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to the line managers.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing


• Collaborate with recruitment team to determine job requirements for job vacancies


• Create and implement strategic sourcing and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent.


• Review and recommend new or untapped sourcing channels, tools, and platforms and share market intelligence with the talent acquisition team.


• Ensure adherence to all regulations and internal policies.
