  • We are Looking for a Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing and the use of technology in marketing.

  • They prefer to work in an environment that emphasizes ownership of projects, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improve oneself / the team / the organization.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our business.


Responsibilities



  • Assist in developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, in-platform messaging, and other relevant channels.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in acquisition and lifecycle marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.

  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.

  • Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.

  • Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content

  • Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.

  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives

  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action

  • Conduct and manage virtual & Physical product Marketing events 

  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

  • Devise innovative growth strategies


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.

  • Proven working experience as Product Marketing Manager or Brand Manager in the fintech or edtech industry

  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

  • Solid Background in Brand Storytelling and Copy writing

  • Experience in Podcasting or Digital Event Management is an added advantage

  • A proven understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and experience with digital marketing best practices

  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

  • Solid experience with all digital marketing channels including Influencer Marketing
