Description 



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This role combines pharmaceutical expertise with training and brand management skills to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and understood by both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in pharmacy, exceptional communication skills, clinical presentation skills and the ability to develop and implement training programs and brand strategies.

  • The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation of physiology and pharmacology especially as it relates to hypertension, the GIT and pain management.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams, sales representatives, and healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our ethical products and their pharmacological mechanisms.

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Conduct market research and understand the pharmaceutical market trends

  • Develop and execute brand management strategies to increase brand visibility, awareness, and market share.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's ethical pharmaceutical products and their therapeutic applications.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and customers regarding product benefits, mechanisms of action, and usage.

  • Ensure that all training materials and brand-related activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.

  • Stay informed about changes in pharmaceutical regulations and adjust training materials and brand strategies as needed.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (DPharm) Degree.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical training and brand management.

  • Excellent communication, clinical presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative and strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.

  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
